SYSTEMS TRAINING - Behind every great Realtor® is a great system. Productivity Coaching takes what you’ve started in CAMP 443 and helps you put it into action. From 8x8’s and 33 Touches, to 10-5-15-5, your coach will help you implement the systems that have been making Keller Williams Mega Agents successful for years.
MOTIVATIONAL TRAINING - Truth be told, every agent experiences a time in their career when they just can’t seem to “break through”. Productivity Coaches help you meet, even exceed your goals through motivational training and exercises. SIMPLE FEE STRUCTURE - In Keeping with the Keller Williams models, your coaching program maintains a simple pay as you go fee structure designed for a win – win result. Newly licenses agents automatically join the program and experience agents may join at their option.
ABOUT THE COACH - Wayne Lohmeyer calls upon the 30 years of business knowledge he attained through senior positions with major corporations and over 4 years of real estate management with Keller Williams as a Team Leader and Productivity Coach. Wayne brings this extensive business experience as well as expertise in the Keller William’s models and systems. He assists associates in building productivity, culture, growth and profitability into their businesses. His natural coaching style serves to inspire and motivate people to perform at high levels.
