Fred Wright, Team Leader
In 1989, Fred began selling real estate for CENTURY 21 Western Realty. His sales achievements have been recognized on the local, council, and regional levels. During his last five years with CENTURY 21, Fred operated the property management department which grew by more than sixty-five percent under his management.
In 1998, Fred joined Keller Williams Realty as the Team Leader for the (then) new office in Katy. His past leadership roles as an Eagle Scout, U.S. Army Reservist, and having worked in restaurant management, gave him the leadership experience needed to grow this company from eleven (11) agents in 1998 to (175) one hundred seventy-five agents we currently have today (April 2009).
Stacie Wright, Assistant Team Leader
Fred has been assisted by his wife, Stacie, since the Katy office opened. Her focus now as the Assistant Team Leader, is on assisting the agents with their personal and professional goal achievement as well as bringing in new and experienced talent to the company.
She is passionate about the company and believes that the training, support, profit share system, and tools can take agents further than they ever thought possible. She has been awarded the Growth Partner Award from the Keller Williams International Company twice and received numerous awards when she worked as the Market Center Administrator.
